Pisang & Hati

.

Keesokan harinya, setiap murid membawa beg plastik berisi pisang masing-masing.

Peaks & Valleys

It is natural for everyone everywhere to have Peaks and Valleys at work and in life.

Peaks and Valleys are not just the good and bad times that happen to you. They are also how you feel inside and respond to outside events.

Peaks and Valleys are connected.

The errors you make in today’s good times create tomorrow’s bad times and the wise things you do in today’s bad times create tomorrow’s good times.

If you do not learn in a valley you can become bitter. If you truly learn something in a valley you become better.

To Manage Your Good and Bad Times

Make reality your friend.
Whether you are temporarily up on a peak or down in a valley, ask yourself: What is the truth in this situation?
Truth - staying true to what you want and doing what really takes you there.

To Get Out Of A Valley Sooner

Find and use the good hidden in a bad time.
Relax, knowing that valleys end.
Do the opposite of what put you in the valley.
Get outside of yourself: Be of more service at work and more loving in life.

Avoid comparisons.
Uncover the good that is hidden in a bad time, and use it soon to your advantage.

To Stay On a Peak Longer

Appreciate and manage your good times wisely.
Be humble and grateful.
Do more of what got you there. Keep making things better.
Do more for others. Save resources for your upcoming valleys.

To Get To Your Next Peak

Follow your sensible vision.
Imagine yourself enjoying a better future in such specific, believable detail, that you soon enjoy doing what takes you there.

To Help People

Help people make good and bad times work for them, too.

Remember Life is Beautiful

PPB3K is all about managing your Peaks and Valleys!

Renungan Hebat

.

Kini aku mencari-cari peluang bukan perlindungan

What is Marketing?

.
1. You see a gorgeous girl at a party. You go up to her and say: "I am very rich. Marry me!" - That's Direct Marketing.
.

2. You're at a party with a bunch of friends and see a gorgeous girl. One of your friends goes up to her and pointing at you says: "He's very rich. "Marry him." - That's Advertising.
.

3. You see a gorgeous girl at a party. You go up to her and get her telephone number. The next day, you call and say: "Hi, I'm very rich. Marry me” - That's Telemarketing.
.

4. You're at a party and see gorgeous girl. You get up and straighten your tie, you walk up to her and pour her a drink, you open the door (of the car) for her, pick up her bag after she drops it, offer her ride and then say: "By the way, I'm rich. Will you "Marry Me?" - That's Public Relations.
.

5. You're at a party and see gorgeous girl. She walks up to you and says: "You are very rich! "Can you marry ! Me?" - That's Brand Recognition.
.

6. You see a gorgeous girl at a party. You go up to her and say: "I am very rich. Marry me!" She gives you a nice hard slap on your face. - That's Customer Feedback.
.

7. You see a gorgeous girl at a party. You go up to her and say: "I am very rich. Marry me!" And she introduces you to her husband. - That's demand and supply gap.
.

8. You see a gorgeous girl at a party. You go up to her and before you say anything, another person come and tell her: "I'm rich. Will you marry me?" and she goes with him - That's competition eating into your market share.
.

9. You see a gorgeous girl at a party. You go up to her and before you say: "I'm rich, Marry me!", your wife arrives. - That's restriction for entering new markets.
.

PPB3K is market based on all elements mentioned above!

Fascinating Facts About Your Brain

.
We've long known that the brain is an amazing thing, but did you specifically know that:
.
- Every person has more than 75km of nerves in their body.

- Your nerves can send messages faster than a Grand Prix car travels.

- The brain is the most complex machine in the universe - it has over 100,000,000, 000 nerve cells each with up to 150,000 connections. Each cell is connected to 25,000 others.

- If every person on the planet simultaneously made 200,000 phone calls, there would be the same total number of connections as in a single human brain in a day.

- The grey cells occupy only 5% of our brains - 95% is taken up by the communication network that runs between the grey cells!

.
- The brain weighs about 1.5 kg in an adult human, about 1.5% of the body weight.

- Damaged brain cells do not regenerate but mental and physical functions can improve after mild or moderate brain damage with skilful rehabilitation.

- Compared to other animals, human brains are big for the body.

- The human brain is only just bigger than your two fists.• On average, the male brain (approximately 1.4kg) is slightly bigger than the female brain (approx 1.26kg).

- Each half of the brain controls the other half of your body.

.

- The right side of the brain controls: musical talent, fantasy, imagination, dreams, drawing, and painting. The left side of the brain controls: mathematical ability, ability to solve logic problems, controls language skills, remembers names, dates, and facts.

- The grey part of the brain is folded to fit inside the skull and, if flattened, it would cover the surface of an office desk.

- The brain contains 100 billion brain cells of which, 100,000 are irretrievably lost each day.

- You can retain about seven facts at any one time in short term memory, but over the long term your brain has to forget things to make room for new memories.

.
- PPB3K has been devised to make your brain balanced in 3 basics competencies for our survival which is Self Awareness, Team Awareness and Leadership Awareness.

A Mother's Sacrifice

.
A story to ponder …

My mom only had one eye. I hated her... she was such an embarrassment. My mom ran a small shop at a flea market. She collected little weeds and such to sell... anything for the money we needed. She was such an embarrassment.

There was this one day during elementary school. I remember that it was field day, and my mom came. I was so embarrassed.

How could she do this to me? I threw her a hateful look and ran out. The next day at school..."Your mom only has one eye?!" and they taunted me. I wished that my mom would just disappear from this world so I said to my mom, "Mom, why don't you have the other eye?! You're only going to make me a laughing stock. Why don't you just die?" My mom did not respond. I guess I felt a little bad, but at the same time, it felt good to think that I had said what I'd wanted to say all this time.

Maybe it was because my mom hadn't punished me, but I didn't think that I had hurt her feelings very badly.

That night...I woke up, and went to the kitchen to get a glass of water. My mom was crying there, so quietly, as if she was afraid that she might wake me. I took a look at her, and then turned away.

Because of the thing I had said to her earlier, there was something pinching at me in the corner of my heart. Even so, I hated my mother who was crying out of her one eye. So I told myself that I would grow up and become successful, because I hated my one-eyed mom and our desperate poverty.

Then I studied really hard. I left my mother and came to the city and studied, and got accepted in the University with all the confidence I had. Then, I got married. I bought a house of my own. Then I had kids, too. Now I'm living happily as a successful man. I like it here because it's a place that doesn't remind me of my mom.

This happiness was getting bigger and bigger, when someone unexpected came to see me "What?! Who's this?!" ...It was my mother...Still with her one eye. It felt as if the whole sky was falling apart on me. My little girl ran away, scared of my mom's eye. And I asked her, "Who are you? I don't know you!!!" as if I tried to make that real. I screamed at her "How dare you come to my house and scare my daughter! GET OUT OF HERE! NOW!!!" And to this, my mother quietly answered, "Oh, I'm so sorry. I may have gotten the wrong address," and she disappeared. Thank goodness... she doesn't recognize me. I was quite relieved. I told myself that I wasn't going to care, or think about this for the rest of my life. Then a wave of relief came upon me...

One day, a letter regarding a school reunion came to my house. I lied to my wife saying that I was going on a business trip. After the reunion, I went down to the old shack, that I used to call a house...just out of curiosity. There, I found my mother fallen on the cold ground. But I did not shed a single tear. She had a piece of paper in her hand.... it was a letter to me.

She wrote:

My Son...

I think my life has been long enough now. And... I won't visit you anymore... but would it be too much to ask if I wanted you to come visit me once in a while? I miss you so much. And I was so glad when I heard you were coming for the reunion. But I decided not to go to the school ... For you ... I'm sorry that I only have one eye, and I was an embarrassment for you.

You see, when you were very little, you got into an accident, and lost your eye. As a mother, I couldn't stand watching you having to grow up with only one eye... so I gave you mine...I was so proud of my son that was seeing a whole new world for me, in my place, with that eye. I was never upset at you for anything you did. The couple times that you were angry with me. I thought to myself, it's because he loves me. I miss the times when you were still young around me.
.
I miss you so much.

I love you. You mean the world to me.

My world shattered!!! Then I cried for the person who lived for me... My Mother

The End.

Hey World. I dedicate PPB3K to my Mom.

Happy Mothers Day …

Sessi Teh Tarik

.
Namanya Uztaz Zawawi. Kami bertiga selalu ada sessi ‘teh tarik’. And to be frank, aku selalu look forward untuk sessi begini. Aku tahu, kalau orang luar lihat kami sebegini, mungkin ramai yang mengatakan kami buang masa. But let me tell you, these sessions always spark many-many brilliant ideas.
.

Apakah silapnya jika kita bertindak sedemikian? Semak cerita kita masa lalu!
.

The moment kita jadi seperti senario di atas, kita mula stress, serabut, lupa diri dan macam-macam tindakan ekstrim yang kita lakukan. Bukankah tindak tanduk sebegini membawa kepada kehancuran kita? Kami bertiga bersetuju, faktor yang satu inilah yang selalunya menyebabkan manusia huru hara. Memang bahaya! Senyap-senyap aku mintak ampun dengan Tuhan ...

Namun apa tindakan yang sepatut kita lakukan? Tuhan suruh kita bergantung harap padaNya tanpa jangan sesekali lupa berusaha membaiki keadaan. Hebat Tuhan. Maha KayaNya Dia.

Kalau nak tahu pasal 'stick person', aku syor you all attend Anda Dilahirkan Berjaya (ADB). Gua cakap lu tak rugi!
.

Kita memimpin Manusia BUKAN Mesin!

Seterusnya, aku telah bawa mereka mengenali bagaimana mahu membina daya pengaruh dengan mendedahkan beberapa konsep asas kepimpinan namun jarang diketahui orang seperti;

Pembangunan Aset Utama Pemimpin - Anggota Kerja
Pimpinan Berdasar Situasi
Kompetensi Politik
.

Dari reaksi body language mereka, dapat aku rasakan mereka amat puas dengan program PB1 ini. Maka tidak hairanlah mengapa diakhir program PB1 ini, mereka menyatakan (berdasar borang soal selidik);

”Let the participants attend all the modules in PPB3K!”
